Theme
This year our theme is Under the Sea - an obvious choice for our town, with its proximity to the stunning Bay of Islands, beaches and marine playground. Choose from a marine creature, mythical or animated character or seaside leisure activity - let your imagination go wild!
Who can enter
Entry is open to any individual, community group, pre-school, school, business or charity. Please note that motorised vehicles are not allowed with the exception of mobility scooters.

Finish / Prize-giving: 6.00pm
The prize for best float will be based on creativity, how they incorporate the theme into the float and overall effort.
Terms and Conditions
1. The float cannot be powered by a motorised vehicle with the exception of mobility scooters.
2. It is free to enter.
3. Entries close Monday 27 November 2023.
4. There is a prize for the best float based on creativity, how they incorporate the theme into the float and overall effort. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Completed floats must be ready for the parade located at Kerikeri Domain on 9 December 2023.
6. Our Kerikeri Community Charitable Trust takes no responsibility for float transport to or from the event, or any damage to the float or injury to those participating in the parade.
